Shipping Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

At Next Level Trucks, we work with a range of Australian and international suppliers to provide premium truck, 4WD and off-road accessories. Due to the size, weight and specialised nature of many products, shipping arrangements may vary between orders.

By placing an order with Next Level Trucks, you acknowledge and agree to the following Shipping Policy.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are provided as a guide.

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver products within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier availability

  • Freight carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Public holidays

  • Remote or regional delivery locations

  • Circumstances outside of our control

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not form part of the sales contract.

Freight Charges

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates based on the information available at the time of ordering.

Due to the size, weight and dimensions of many products sold by Next Level Trucks, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension systems

  • Bull bars

  • Roof racks

  • Long range fuel tanks

  • Side steps

  • Hitches

  • Canopy accessories

  • Oversized freight items

additional freight charges may be required after the order is placed.

If additional freight costs apply, we will contact the customer prior to dispatch.

Customers may elect to:

  • Pay the additional freight charge and proceed with the order; or

  • Cancel the order prior to dispatch for a refund of the product purchase price.

Payment processing fees and non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Remote and Regional Deliveries

Certain remote, regional and rural locations may incur additional freight charges.

Where a carrier applies a remote area surcharge, this cost will be payable by the customer before dispatch.

Authority to Leave

Where a customer selects or authorises "Authority to Leave" (ATL), the customer assumes full responsibility for the parcel once delivered.

Next Level Trucks accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or missing items after delivery has been completed in accordance with ATL instructions.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Additional shipping charges incurred due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Returned parcels

  • Redirection requests

  • Failed delivery attempts

will be payable by the customer.

Large, Heavy and Freight Items

Certain products cannot be delivered via standard courier services and may require:

  • Depot collection

  • Commercial address delivery

  • Forklift access

  • Tailgate service fees

  • Additional handling charges

Where applicable, customers will be contacted prior to dispatch to arrange suitable delivery options.

Supplier Direct Shipping

Some products may be shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors or authorised suppliers.

Where supplier-direct shipping is utilised:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • Products may arrive separately.

  • Different tracking numbers may apply.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary.

Stock Availability

While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, stock quantities displayed online may occasionally be incorrect.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Next Level Trucks may:

  • Offer an alternative product;

  • Place the order on backorder; or

  • Provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address or collection point.

Delivery Delays

Next Level Trucks is not liable for:

  • Freight carrier delays

  • Missed delivery estimates

  • Loss of income

  • Installation delays

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Travel expenses

  • Accommodation costs

  • Labour costs

  • Consequential losses arising from delivery delays

Customers should not book installation appointments until products have been received and inspected.

Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt.

Any transit damage, shortages or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this period may be rejected by freight providers and may not be eligible for compensation.

Customers should retain all packaging materials until the claim has been assessed.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of a correctly supplied order:

  • Return freight charges will apply.

  • Original freight charges will not be refunded.

  • A minimum 20% restocking fee may apply.

  • Additional supplier restocking fees may apply.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage charges

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or freight pricing unless otherwise stated.
