At Next Level Trucks, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our store.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods have a major failure or do not meet consumer guarantees under the ACL.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the specialised nature of many of our products, Next Level Trucks does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Ordering the wrong size, fitment or specification

  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

  • Delayed installation plans or project changes

Please ensure all products are suitable for your vehicle and intended application before placing an order.

Approved Return Requests

In certain circumstances, Next Level Trucks may, at its sole discretion, approve a return request for a non-faulty item.

Where a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and in original packaging.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Additional supplier restocking fees may apply where imposed by the manufacturer or distributor.

  • Any merchant processing fees, transaction fees or administration costs incurred by Next Level Trucks may be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval.

Special Order, Custom and Made-to-Order Products

The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Special order items

  • Custom-built products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products imported specifically for a customer

  • Products manufactured to customer specifications

  • Electrical items that have been installed or connected

  • Clearance, sale or discontinued items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or an item that differs from what was ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A description of the issue

Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to process a claim with the freight carrier.

Warranty Claims

Many products sold by Next Level Trucks are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty claims must be assessed by either:

  • Next Level Trucks; or

  • The manufacturer or authorised distributor.

Warranty assessment does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Where a warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer may elect to:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Supply replacement parts

  • Provide an alternative remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Labour costs associated with installation, removal, vehicle downtime, freight or travel are not covered unless specifically approved in writing.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved for reasons not caused by Next Level Trucks:

  • The customer is responsible for all return freight charges.

  • The customer assumes responsibility for the goods until they are received by Next Level Trucks.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed.

Inspection of Returned Goods

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Refunds, exchanges or credits may be refused if:

  • The item has been installed.

  • The item has been used.

  • The item is not in original condition.

  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete.

  • Parts, accessories or documentation are missing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

Any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, supplier fees or administration costs will be deducted prior to refund issuance.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before ordering.

While Next Level Trucks endeavours to provide accurate fitment information, vehicle specifications may vary depending on model, year, trim level, modifications and country of manufacture.

Refunds or returns will not be granted where a product has been ordered incorrectly by the customer.
