4. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for confirming product suitability and compatibility with their vehicle before placing an order.

  • Accessories already fitted

Next Level Trucks is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect product selection by the customer.

5. Pricing

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

6. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Orders may be cancelled or declined where:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Freight costs cannot be reasonably fulfilled

7. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Orders remain the property of Next Level Trucks until payment has been received in full.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Next Level Trucks is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Suppliers

  • Customs authorities

  • Weather events

  • Circumstances outside our control

Customers should not schedule installation appointments until products have been received and inspected.

Additional freight charges may apply to oversized, heavy or remote-area deliveries.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Change of mind returns are generally not accepted.

Approved returns may be subject to:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Special Order and Custom Products

Products sourced specifically for a customer, custom-built products, made-to-order items and imported special-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Next Level Trucks accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or modification of products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Trucks shall not be liable for:

  • Labour costs

  • Installation costs

  • Removal costs

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Travel expenses

  • Accommodation expenses

  • Loss of income

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.

13. Warranty Claims

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by the manufacturer, distributor or Next Level Trucks.

Approval of a warranty claim remains at the discretion of the manufacturer where applicable.
